Support Center
A permanent '🛡️ SecurityX Support Center' panel with buttons that link straight to /tickets/new and this wiki.
Verification panel
A '🔐 SecurityX Verification' panel. Clicking Verify Account generates a personal link used for staff verification.
Staff verification runs through the bot. The flow is protected by an anti-bot layer that blocks VPN, proxy and Tor traffic.
1 · Verify
Press the verification button in the panel.
2 · Personal link
A unique /verify/xxxx code is generated — one use only.
3 · Role granted
On success the member role is granted in the guild.
Ban / Unban logs
Embed for every issued global ban, final ban and unban, with the first evidence image previewed inline.
Blacklist embeds
Permanent blacklists are announced with a dedicated embed.
Alt-account alerts
New alt links are pushed to the alt-logs channel for owner attention.
The bot rotates its status every few seconds with live platform metrics — total users, tickets attended, and securityx.sbs. You can also ping it with /ping.
Where do the logs go?
Log channels are configured by the network owner in the backend. If you don't see ban logs, ask your owner to verify the channel IDs in the bot configuration.
