Copyright Policy

Last updated: August 15, 2026

1. Ownership of Content

All content available through the SecurityX platform — including this website, the dashboard, documentation, graphics, logos, text, and the compiled Minecraft plugins — is the exclusive property of SecurityX or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in this policy or our Terms of Service.

2. Trademarks & Brand

"SecurityX", the SecurityX logo, and related brand assets are trademarks of SecurityX. You may not use our name, logos, or branding in any way that suggests endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without prior written permission. SecurityX is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang AB or Microsoft.

3. Software & Plugin License

The SecurityX plugins are licensed, not sold. Subject to your valid server license, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the plugin on your network. You may not copy, decompile, reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of the plugin or its source code. The SecurityX Shield signature on each JAR exists to protect this copyright.

4. User-Generated Content & Evidence

When you upload evidence, reports, screenshots, or other materials to SecurityX ("User Content"), you retain ownership of such content but grant SecurityX a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to store, process, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the platform, enforce sanctions, and provide dispute resolution. You represent that you own or have the right to share any User Content you submit.

5. DMCA & Copyright Takedown

If you believe that material hosted on or accessible through SecurityX infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice. Please include:

  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • The location (URL) of the infringing material on our platform.
  • Your contact information (name, email, and address).
  • A statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.

Send takedown requests to copyright@securityx.app. We will review and act on valid notices in accordance with applicable law.

6. Prohibited Actions

You agree NOT to:

  • Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of the SecurityX software.
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
  • Circumvent the SecurityX Shield or license verification.
  • Use SecurityX branding to mislead third parties.

7. Third-Party Materials

SecurityX may reference or interoperate with third-party software such as Geyser, Floodgate, Spigot, Paper, BungeeCord, and Velocity. All such software, names, and logos remain the property of their respective owners. References do not imply endorsement and are used solely to describe compatibility.

8. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Copyright Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of SecurityX after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
