1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the SecurityX platform, including our website, dashboard, and Minecraft plugins, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
2. Service Description
SecurityX provides a global moderation and security infrastructure for Minecraft server networks. Our services include global ban synchronization, evidence storage, and network protection tools. We are not associated with Mojang AB or Microsoft.
3. Usage Restrictions
You agree NOT to:
- Use the platform for any illegal activities.
- Attempt to bypass our RSA Security Shield or manipulate plugin JARs.
- Upload malicious content to the Evidence Vault.
- Abuse the report system to harass other players or networks.
4. Refund & Chargeback Policy
All purchases made through the SecurityX platform, including Premium Unbans, are final and non-refundable.
Any attempt to open a dispute or chargeback will result in an immediate and permanent Hardware ID (HWID) Blacklist across our entire global infrastructure.
5. License Revocation
We reserve the right to suspend or revoke any server license at our sole discretion if we detect abuse, infrastructure tampering, or violation of these terms. Revocation will cause the SecurityX plugin to stop functioning on your network immediately.
6. Limitation of Liability
SecurityX is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not responsible for any data loss, player base reduction, or server downtime resulting from the use of our platform.
