Data Protection

Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 15, 2026

1. Introduction

At SecurityX, we take player and network privacy seriously. This policy outlines what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it. Our platform is designed with security-first principles to ensure a safe environment for Minecraft communities.

2. Data We Collect

To provide our global security services, we collect the following information:

  • Player Identification: Minecraft UUIDs, Usernames, and Xbox User IDs (XUID) for Bedrock players.
  • Network Data: IP addresses and Hardware IDs (HWID) used during server connections to detect ban evasion and alts.
  • Discord Integration: Discord IDs and roles when linking accounts through our Sync system.
  • Evidence: Images, videos, and logs uploaded to our Evidence Vault.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively for:

  • Enforcing global bans and blacklists across authorized networks.
  • Verifying server license authenticity via RSA Signatures.
  • Providing evidence for ban appeals and audits.
  • Improving our Anti-VPN and threat detection algorithms.

4. Data Storage & Security

We use Cloudflare R2 for immutable evidence storage and encrypted databases for metadata. Our infrastructure uses 2048-bit RSA encryption to secure communication between plugins and our API.

5. Data Sharing

We never sell your data to third parties. Player data (bans, alts, IP history) is only accessible to registered staff members of the Minecraft networks you connect to within the SecurityX ecosystem.

6. Your Rights

Users can request a summary of their stored data or ask for data deletion through our official ticket system, provided it does not compromise the security of our global blacklist (e.g., active hacker data may be retained for network safety).
